More than 2000 dead in Afghan landslide?

About 2,100 are reportedly dead in the last evening’s massive landslide in the Aab Bareek area of Argo district about 315 kilometers from the capital Kabul. Heavy rains have caused mudslides and submerged more than 700 families in the  area. Search rescue efforts to locate another 4000 are going on, amidst fears of a third wave of land slide increasing.
