On Friday, V. Hanumantha Rao who is Senior Congress MP asked the media in which manner he is secondary to other leaders of the party in contemplating the PCC president post, presently held by Ponnala Laxmaiah.
Mr Hanumantha Rao alleged “I am a senior Congress worker and leader in the party and also worked as PCC chief earlier. If I want to aspire for the post again, what is wrong in it? There are some leaders who were defeated three times continuously in Assembly elections and were subsequently made MLCs. I am better than them.”
Amit Shah BJP national president telling BJP cadres that we should cross Congress party and we should place in first position by 2019 elections. It is not easily possible for the BJP to reach the top position in TS due to its communal politics said Mr Rao. Telangana has never supported communal forces he added.
