The clash between KCR and Naidu government over National Academy of Construction or NAC intensified as both the governments issued latest orders contradicting each other. A transfer order was passed by the Telangana director general of NAC, Bhikshapathi directing additional director general of NAC Sitapathi Rao and directors P. Jaya Prakash and Wilson to resume their further services in Rajahmundry.
Responding the orders passed by Telangana, the Andhra Pradesh director general of NAC and AP government Roads and Buildings Principal Secretary B. Sam Bob issued orders cancelling the Telangana director general’s transfer orders.
The row dates back to few months when Telangana government appointed Bhikshapati as the Director General of NAC and B Sam Bob was appointed by the Andhra Pradesh Government for the same post. Sam Bob reached the campus of NAC to take the charge but he was not allowed to enter into the premises by Bhikshapati.
Meanwhile, about 400 employees of NAC have not received salaries for two months as the confusion has not been cleared on the authorities.
