On December 15, the centre assessed the losses about Rs 680 crore and asked the AP government officials to visit Delhi to discuss issues related to Hudhud.
Chandrababu wrote a letter to the Centre demanding that the losses were of the order of Rs 21,640.63 crore and wanted at least Rs 9,278.41 crores to be released.
Though the Naidu seems close to Narendra Modi, he was not able to bring adequate funds and projects for the development. M Venkaiah Naidu and P Ashok Gajapathi Raju will persuade Modi to come to the rescue of the debt-ridden AP. The Centre did not give the package which Chandrababu has demanded thinking that he would claim credit out of it. We should wait and see the reaction of the TDP leaders.
