Nampally City Civil Court Slammed TDP MLA Reddy

Revanth-ReddyRevanth Reddy the fire brand TDP MLA was taken to task by the city civil court. He was taken to task for abstaining from appearing in connection with a defamation case.

On Monday Nampally City Civil Court slammed Reddy for allegedly willful absenteeism in the defamation case for making wild accusations against K Chandrashekar Rao the Telangana Chief Minister and his ministers of allegedly taking bribes in the medical college’s issue.

Under Section 504 and 505 of the IPC a case was registered for accusations against TRS leaders.

The TDP leader had not even represented through his lawyer his inability to attend the court. The court made bitter remarks for the same. On or before April 21 he should present himself before the court, directed the court.
