A food supplements manufacturing company has asked dietitians an important question, which is the right time to eat for weight conscious persons?

The dietitians have conducted a detailed survey, concluded that for weight management, the major issue is not how much they are eating but when they are taking their food, and then have come up with these timings. Break Fast – 7.11 am; Lunch – 12.38 pm; Dinner – 6.14 pm! The dietitians have also recommended that some low fat snacks can be supplemented to these meals.

Oats, milk, dried fruit, eggs, sandwich are best options for breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day and can be the maximum quantity too, the dietitians recommend.
