Nitesh Rane aims at contesting against Uddhav Thackeray

Nitesh-Rane-aims-at-contestNitesh Rane, younger son of Narayan Rane, said he will take Shiv Sena President “head on” if Uddhav Thackeray decides to contest the upcoming Assembly polls in Maharashtra.

Auspicious Nitesh, whose father serves as state Industries Minister of Maharashtra, said, “If Uddhav (Sena Chief) decides to contest the upcoming Assembly polls, I will take him head on and contest from whichever constituency he decides to contest from. Not only that, I will ensure that he loses badly”.

While addressing reporters in Kolhapur, Nitesh said it was amusing that Uddhav aims at CM of the state while he does not hold any assembly segment.
“Narayan Rane has asked me to prepare for election from Kankavali assembly seat. We have started the ground work there. During the Lok Sabha elections we lost, but I can assure you results will be very different this time,” he said.

Nitesh’s father Narayan Rane had been in a row with the Congress leadership demanding him to appoint as the chief minister of Maharashtra.
