No authority to interfere in TS Government

No-authority-to-interfere-iHyderabad: The government has submitted before Hyderabad high court that the AP state has no authority to interfere in the functioning of the government as per the act of 10th schedule in AP Reorganisation Act. They also provided an affidavit before the court to notice in the petition filed by them against the freezing of its bank account by the state Bank of Hyderabad in the telangana government.

They also provide facilities to the people of the other state. According to the affidavit the state has adapted AP state council of higher education act 1988 as Telangana state council of higher education act on August 2, 2014 to govern the law for the institution. And it does not have any authority to continue its operation in Telangana and freezing operation of the accounts and urged the court to dismiss the plea of the AP council.
