Orders from High Court “RTC Drivers Not to Work as Conductors”

High-CourtHyderabad: On Friday, A division bench comprising chief Justice Kalyan Joyti Sengupta and justice P.V.Sanjay kumar of high court made it clear that the management of the AP Road Transport Corporation has no power to maintain it’s driven to perform the duties of conductors.

And the state government can prescribe some conditions in the Act. And the counsel representing the corporation urged the bench to relax the order of framing the state government .When it refused to relax order, but counsel sought permission to withdraw the appeal the bench. Damodar Rao general secretary of APSRTC union said that the management has been continuing the practise for the past eight years, it recruit 7,500 conductors in both states.

A week to passport officer given by HC

The justice Ramesh Ranganathan of the high court granted a week’s time to Hyderabad regional passport Ashwini Sattaru to contemplate an application of a petitioner to rectify his date of birth. They also filed case by Naravula Kishore Kumar of Chitoor, seeking to punish him.Anyways June , 2013 directed the passport authorities to consider fresh application of the petitioner along with the original and copies of the Secondary School certificate .

The judge found fault with the authorities for not considering his application and passing the rejection order without reference to the circular.
