Pawan Kalyan chose an activist, intellectual kind of getup for his recent venture “Jana Sena”. Though the political ac started out under the name “Jana Sena” is soon changed name from “Congress Hathao, Desh Bachao” to “Bring Babu, Bring Modi”.
The show kept lakhs of his fans and others expectant even before it was declared open, as could be expected with any outing of a mass hero like him. The opening act at Hyderabad’s Marriott did not disappoint the fans, if not the entire watchers. The audio released as singles too did not disappoint. Some opposition camps derided the entire project quite understandably! The show got a little slow after the fierce pitching, probably due to the necessity felt to change the plot according to the opponents after entering the game.
He soon assessed the response of the opponents and chose his allies, first it was Modi, then he drifted towards TDP’s Babu along with Venkayya Naidu’s BJP. The second act started as more players joined him, he was not exactly playin g the lead anymore, but he still belonged to the center stage. Modi, et al kept the audience reminding about how a youth hero like Pawan Kalyan could change the flow of the political story in the State. “The mother died, child is orphaned” episode did suck quite a bit though. But interest in the plot continued with the guest roles of KCR and “Jagruti” Kavita.
After the first half was over, the story took a new turn, and the hero started showing his true potential. The voice changed, the discourse changed, the hero started taking center stage again. Babu had no problem leaving the center light to the actual performer of the current show.
The shooting of the society conscious, political activity movie is over finally, without any climax though! The film is under post production now, Will be released the 16th of May. How well the film shaped up will be known only then. But naturally enough, all the players are confident of a winner in their hands. The prime actors of the recent venture continued with the bonhomie and had a “Lunch” yesterday, to distribute or gather some confidence among themselves.
But the consummate showman Pawan Kalyan is, he is already looking ahead and has changed his getup, getting ready for his next film! He is heard to be playing a GOD in his next outing, nothing less! A God after a visionary activist! Pawan Kalyan’s acting career is really looking up.
Will Pawan score a hit again after his recent blockbuster “Attarintiki Daaredi?” Wait till the 16th!
