Exodus from rural to city is common, but what next..!

h-bagExperts have a noble lesson for jobless youth. Psychologists advised students to constantly remember their objective for which they landed in the metro city. In addition to it they said that one must plan his career meticulously to shine in his profession. This is applicable to those who come out of academic life and choose a career. Further, experts warned students to identity problems and proceed while calculating the losses coming on the way. One important advice is worth mentioning here. Anybody particularly people in general need not get perturbed over the success of 10 percent. Instead they must observe failures tasted by 90 percent people and redefine how to overcome the shortcomings so that they could reach their destination with ease.

Exodus from rural belt is not uncommon but these days it has gone up from hundreds to thousands and such aspirants are in lakhs now. The figure is swelling by the day. They are catching the first bus or train to reach the city. That is their dream. After Intermediate students are after the metro city life to do something no matter where they land under the GHMC limits. And after graduation or B Tech they go in search of greener pastures. This is the trend among the middle and lower middle classes. They are of the view they could find some job to get going so that it would be a good start up programme. There is another section to get attracted by the tinsel world. In the process some are hitting super success but a majority were down with ill-luck.
