In a rare recognition to the popular Indian film Bahubali, the famous Madam Tussad’s Museum in Bangkok will unveil a wax sculpture of Prabhas, who portrayed the lead role in the movie. According to information, the wax model will be unveiled sometime in March 2017.
The recognition is given basing on the highest revenue the movie has collected-said to be India’s top grosser- for its first part itself.
Prabhas who essayed the double role of Amarendra Bahubali and Sivudu in the movie, has released a picture of infos sent by Tussad’s Bangkok General Secretary Noppadon Prapimpunt.
“we received hundreds of thousands of requests from world over that Mr Prabhas’ wax model should be done since he is the most searched artiste in Google search engine. We then worked on it and it has come out that Bahubali is the third highest grosser of Indian movies in the world ever and the highest last year” Noppadon said.
The Tussad’s representatives have visited Hyderabad and took nearly 350 photos of Prabhas and out of which the one in the get up of Bahubali will be made with wax. This is a recognition not just to Prabhas but to the real hero behind the movie viz SS Rajamouli.
Thanking Rajamouli for the rare honour, Mr Prabhas said he is greatly elated over the information. My happiness reached no bounds..This was made possible only by the love and affection of my fans and followers. The creator Rajamouli needs special mention since but for him I would not have got a chance to act in it.
Madam Tussads have made their last wax sculpture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which was unveiled in London Museum as he is an international figure.
