Rahul Gandhi has declared assets worth about 9 crores 40 lakhs in an affidavit submitted as part of his nomination to Amethi Lok Sabha today. His total immovable property is valued at Rs. 8,07,58, 265; while movable assets are about Rs 1,32,48,284.
He has invested Rs 81,28,153 in mutual funds, Rs 20,70,146 in Postal and National Saving Schemes, and Rs 1,90,000 in shares plus he has about 9 lakhs, 50 thousand in three different banks.
The Mehrauli farm house he co owns with Priyanka Gandhi is valued at about 2 crores plus, another farm house is valued at about 1 crore 30 lakhs plus. He has to pay about 18 lakhs loan he has taken, 9 of it to mother Sonia Gandhi. He has no vehicle on his name.
Rahul will face AAP’s Kumar Vishwas and BJP’s Smriti Irani in this session of elections.
