The ACB special court today extended the remand of TDLP deputy leader Reventh Reddy to June 29, in the note for vote case. The remand of other two accused Sebastian and Udaysinha was also extended to June 29.
All the three accused in the note for vote case were produced in the ACB special court today. The ACB filed a memo informing the court that their investigation has not been completed so far. The special court judge passed orders extending the remand of the accused.
Reventh’ bail plea
The bail petition filed by Reventh Reddy’s advocates in the note for vote case is likely to come up for hearing tomorrow. Advocates of Reddy filed the bail petition in the court.
Reventh stated in his bail petition that during his 4-day custody he had informed the ACB everything and that there was nothing else that he had to inform. He also said that he was deliberately dragged into the note for vote case as part of political conspiracy.
Along with Reventh, Sebastian and Udaysinha also filed their bail petitions.
