Samsung releases its latest galaxy smartphone named Galaxy Alpha, which is built with metal frame, elegantly curved corners and soft back cover. Samsung Company calling Galaxy Alpha as “the evolution of Galaxy design.”
By this September the Galaxy Alpha is going to be released globally in over 150 countries sequentially, announced by the South Korean electronics manufacturer Samsung.
Galaxy Alpha runs on latest Android 4.4.4 Kit Kat operating system. Display is featured with 4.7 HD super AMOLED, displays 720×1280 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core chipset and also in quad-core chipset with 2.5 GHz clock speed.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha comes with LTE Cat.6 for high download rates, which supports LTE-A speeds up to 300 Mbps. There are other connectivity options like Micro-USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, NFC and Finger scanner.
Galaxy Alpha is with 2 GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage memory, which is non- expandable. There is 12 megapixel rear camera including 2.1 megapixel front- facing camera. Battery capacity is 186mAh. Dimensions of Galaxy Alpha are 132.4×65.5×6.7 mm and weighs 115 grams.
The company may release Samsung Galaxy Alpha in Charcoal Black, Dazzling White, Frosted Gold, Sleek Silver, and Scuba Blue colour variants.
However, the company not released the price of it, but the device may cost approximately Rs. 42,250.
