Satellites deployed to search for missing flight


China has called for regional international cooperation in the search for the missing Malaysian flight MH 370. On the fourth day of the mysterious disappearance of the Boeing 777 flight, more than ten countries including Australia, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and USA are participating in the search mission. China has today announced the deployment of ten satellites to focus on the area to help the efforts of the 34 planes and 40 ships on the job.

Malaysian authorities have ruled out the debris and oil slick noticed in the Vietnam sea of belonging to the missing flight. The flight may have turned to the shores of Subang, unconfirmed reports say. The person identified to be travelling with a forged passport is revealed to be a citizen of Iran by the authorities. Act of attack is also not being ruled out at present. The flight is revealed to have gone on a maintenance overhaul less than two weeks before the incident.

Meanwhile, China has lauded the efforts and cooperation of Vietnam in the search mission.
