SC allows London arbitration in Western Coast Oil disputes of Reliance

The Supreme Court today has allowed the London arbitration in the PMT – Panna, Mukta and Tapti Oil Field disputes of Reliance Industries with the Oil Ministry of Government of India. But the arbitration will be done as per Indian Law. Reliance had been asking for International interference in the cost recovery calculations of the oil field production, it had even approached the Hague Court of Arbitration.
