The supreme court today struck down the petition filed by ACB for cancellation of bail to TDLP leader Revanth Reddy. A stay on high court orders granting bail was turned down by the court. The apex court stated that the case enquiry under Section 164 was completed and questioned the ACB as to what it would enquire after taking him into custody again. The ACB was told to approach the supreme court in case Revanth violated bail conditions. Kapil Sibbal appeared for ACB while Ram Jethmalani argued for Revanth.
