Sehwag retires

Virender SehwagAnother legendary and noted Test cricketer Veerendra Sehwag announced his retirement from international cricket just before his birthday – October 20, 1978. His friend and mentor was Sachin Tendulkar with whom
he had played owning number of records during his colourful career. He is the second batsman for fastest triple century, one day double
century in addition to a batsman with hundred strike rate in Test cricket. He played in 104 Tests with 8586 runs, 251 one day matches with 8,273 runs and 19 T 20 matches with 394 runs. He played his first Test with SA in 2000, with Australia in 2013 and his last one day
match with Pak was in 2013.
