Singer Sirivennela to make comeback

Untitled-2Veteran lyricist ‘Sirivennela’ Seetharama Sastry is back to playback singing with the film ‘Dagudumutha Dandakor’ which is made by Rajendra Prasad. The legendary poet has earlier sung for Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Gaayam’ in which he moved the masses with his voice and now once again he will be hear singing for ‘Dagudumutha Dandakor’. This film is produced jointly by Krish and Ramoji Rao while the music of the film is composed by ES Murthy. The music of the film is released recently.

Dagudumutha Dandakor’ is an official remake of the Tamil hit film ‘Saivam’. The lead roles in the film are played by Rajendra Prasad and Sara Arjun and also a rooster named Nani is playing an important role in the film. A song by Sirivennela ‘Kokko Kokko’ is shot on the rooster.

The music of this film is composed by ES Murthy and he also has written the songs. The film is scheduled for release in February and marks the directorial debut of RK Malineni.
