Subordinate Judiciary for both States

Subordinate-Judiciary-for-bHyderabad: Telangana government decided to move the Supreme court seeking direction to high court not to make any judiciary appointments in both the states.

KCR held a review meeting with the advocate general K.Ramakrishna Reddy and law secretary Santosh Reddy in view of the on-going agitations by them. And they want to separate the common high court and also stop the recruitment of junior civil judges. And 34 posts of junior civil judges in the states and examination is scheduled for march 8.

According to the media the officials informed that the CM yet to take place and mention re-organisation act regarding a common subordinate judiciary for both states till separation. The Chief Minister advised the AG to explore the possibility of approaching the Supreme Court against the recruitment.

Based on his advice the AG left for New Delhi and is likely to file the petition after Monday.
