Supreme Court issues notice to Ranbaxy over adulterated drugs

The Supreme Court has issued notices to Ranbaxy asking it to explain why the company licence should not be revoked as there are reports of it’s drugs found to be adulterated. The SC bench has served a similar notice to Center seeking its opinion. The court was investigating a PIl filed in the regard.
