Talasani son involved in kidnap in a land dispute

rama-koteshwar-raoRama Koteshwar Rao , husband of Araku MP Kothapalli Geetha was allegedly kidnapped in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Geeta who received information about the abduction, alerted West Zone about the incident. Minutes after she informed to the police, the abductors left her husband near Gachibowli and drove away.

It is said that a dispute over a piece of land that valued Rs 75 crore. between Geetha’s husband and her husband was the reason for kidnap. Geetha in her complaint to the police stated that four persons including RR Constructions owner Ramakrishna and Telangana minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav’s son Sai Yadav had kidnapped her husband over a property issue in Hyderabad. Elaborating more, Kothapalli Geetha said that they had forcibly stuffed her husband into a car and sped away.

However, at midnight, her husband returned home saying that no one had kidnapped him. Ramakoteswara Rao revealed that the Minister’s son had taken away documents of his lands in Hyderabad and also forced him to affix signatures on other documents. West Zone DCP Venkateswara Rao informed the media that once the complaint is filed, they would conduct an investigation.

Minister Thalasani said that his son was nowhere related with the kidnap issue. “Geetha’s family borrowed a sum of Rs 11 Crore way back in 2011 and have not returned it till now” told the Minister. Thalasani further said that Mr. Koteshwar Rao had told to the media that he was forced to affix signatures on the documents but skipped away from saying that he owes an amount of of Rs 11crore. All the details regarding this issue will be clarified by Friday afternoon, explained the minister.
