Telangana police vehicles blueprint released

10525981_588384637945870_6165265037696384725_nThe Telangana government has finalized the new police vehicle designs. This decision has been made as a part of refurbishing all the existing infrastructure of the Police in Hyderabad and Cyberabad limits. The team including Director General of Police, Anurag Sharma has put forward proposals to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao with vehicle blueprints of police vehicles. CM KCR is believed to have selected two models of patrol vehicles one meant for law and order and the other for traffic and Highways. The law and order vehicle is blue with a police logo. The vehicles will have a GPS and tablet PCs apart from bar lights, siren and public address system.  Gopi Fakeera designed the law and order car and bike design while a company named Ibrand India has designed the other vehicle. As per a report the work was executed through the Administrative Staff College of India. The Telangana government proposed to procure 1,650 Innovas besides other vehicles at a cost of Rs 300 crore.
