Telangana’s Separate High Court Resolution Passed

kcrThe Telangana assembly passed a resolution on Wednesday unanimously urging the central government to set up a separate high court for the state. K. Chandrasekhar Rao the Telangana Chief Minister who calls for bifurcation of the united high court located in Hyderabad, in agreement with the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act and the Constitution of India, moved a resolution in the assembly.
The CM said while stating the benefits of separate high court for both Telugu speaking states that he is moving the resolution as Union Law Minister Sadananda Gowda stated that once the Telangana government submits a proposal steps for setting up a separate high court will be initiated.
On Tuesday Gowda said in Lok Sabha that Telangana will have its own high court soon. All the parties supported the resolution and was adopted unanimously the CM informed this to the House.
