The Competition Appellate Tribunal has upheld the 630 crore fine imposed on real estate developer DLF over disputes with buyers in Belaire and Magnolia projects in Gurgaon. The 2010 case was investigated by fair trade practices watchdog CCI and a fine was imposed on DLF finding it guilty of unfair. unilateral heightened cost imposition and other deficient services to customers. DLF has declared that it will appeal the order at Supreme Court in the next two months.
