TRS MLA Tease at Congress leader Not Releasing Water to left Canal

Vemula-VeereshamOn Sunday Vemula Veeresham who is a TRS MLA made it clear that the Congress leaders Jana Reddy, Gutha Sukhender Reddy and Uttam Kumar Reddy, who kept silence at the time of injustice happned to Telangana in getting share from the Nagarjuna Sagar Project and they don’t have any moral right to talk about this issue. Vemula Veeresham along with the party district president Banda Narender Reddy speaking to media said that the leaders of Congress and BJP parties were raising a hue and cry over the controversy on water release to right canal from the project.

The previous government denied several times to release water to left canal which provides irrigation facility in Telangana area. He pointed out that for all the 3 crop seasons water was not released to left canal at the cost of interests of the farmers.

Earlier TRS has took out rally from Kodad to Nagarjuna Sagar Project demanding release of water to left canal as per allocation, the Nakrekal MLA said that instead of cooperating with the TRS government to overcome the hurdles created by Andhra Pradesh government in getting water from Nagarjuna Sagar Project, the Congress and BJP leaders were indulging in mudslinging against the TRS government.
