The state-ruling TRS has put off its plenary session once again that was scheduled for October 18 and 19. It was also reported that the government is planning to put off the budget session too that is slated to begin on October 10.
The plenary session may be held later this month and the new dates would be announced soon. The reason depicted was the upcoming Diwali festival.
Earlier, the plenary was to be held on 11 and 12 of this month but postponed to 18 and 19 due to the expected rains that were to hit the state in the sidelines of cyclone Hudhud.
TRS had also cancelled its party formation day on April 27 this year due to general elections. Later, when the party formed the government in the state, CM KCR decided to hold a function at grand level, thus the plenary was decided.
