Telangana government has entered into a pact with Indian Space Research Organization today for helping the state in digital teaching and also coaching to aspirants of competitive examinations. ISRO would provide the necessary satellite frequency for the MANA TV through which the coaching classes will be conducted.
“There will be a four –hour class every day on MANA TV for the candidates appearing for Group II examination and also other national level tests. We want to have a quality man power in all sectors and this is one attempt through which we would try to get people who have a better understanding of things. From Novermber onwards, we are planning to start digital lessons in about 6000 schools across Telangana. So in this direction, pact with ISRO would be a crucial step” minister for IT and Urban Development KT Rama Rao said.
