Tur dal prices soaring

loot the public more so when the vigilance officers were also

Back home due to deficit rainfall cultivation has gone
down while the demand has gone up and the prices have shot up. In view of the rise in demand the government has not raised the cultivation area and across the globe dal crop raise was limited to only 40 percent. All these factors contributed to its price rise. Today the Tur dal rates crossed Rs 200 mark as also pigeon pea, tuvvar dal, chana costing around Rs 180 a kg or more than last year shocking the poor families who can hardly thing of celebrating the Dasara or Deepavali.
