Two sikhs fight over Modi

In a press meet that came three years later, Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh today said that Narendra Modi as PM would be a “disaster” for the country. Another high profile sikh, Hardeep Singh Puri, India’s permanent envoy to the UN, joined BJP and said that, “under the leadership of Narendra Modi, we will be able to regain our rightful place in the community of nations.”

Man Mohan said that Rahul Gandhi has all the credentials to be the PM of the country, to which BJP objected saying that the birth or family of a person does not make him an automatic candidate for any position.

Hardeep Singh said that during the crucial 2011-12 period, when India was temporary member of the UN Security Council, because of the week government in the Center (read ‘Man Mohan’), India could not push for a permanent seat in the UN Security Council, which would have changed India’s standing internationally.

Lets hope these two prominent sikhs wont loose their turbans fighting over Modi.

After joining BJP, Hardeep dismissed Kejriwal saying that such subsidy oriented leadership is not a right model for the country.

Kejriwal retorted to this by saying that the public is looking for it’s needs to be answered and is not really worried about who sits in the PM seat.
