Life in Coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh is resuning towards normalcy after severly hit the cyclone ‘Hudhud’. The airway services would resume from Tomorrow at the Vizag airport.
Union Minister for Civil Aviation P Ashok Gajapati Raju informed on Tuesday that the domestic flight services at the Vizag Airport will resume from Friday while the international services would resume from November 1.
He said the efforts are on to restore the immigration facility as soon as possible.
The airport was hugely damaged in the cyclone and the losses were estimated to by about Rs. 500 Crore.
Mr. Raju said that the roof of the airport is completely damaged. He further informed that there will be no flight services during night-time as the lights on the runway damaged too.
