The high court has adjourned the enquiry to August 31, in the note for vote case to be transferred to the CBI and ordered the petitioner to deposit Rs 1 lakh in the court. The court also made clear to the petitioner to prove that there was no ulterior motive behind filing the said petition. Meanwhile, the TDP leaders were upset over the repeated mention of the name of their party chief and cm Chandrababu Naidu in the charge-sheet ( in the note for vote case ) submitted by ACB in the court. According to information, Chandrababu used the phone of Sebastian to speak to Stephenson found a place in the ACB charge-sheet.
