The Aviation Show is attracting wide public and business attention already. The theme of the show, “Enhancing Air Connectivity” is also being thronged by the public who are eager to see the biggest aircraft Airbus A-380, Boeing Dreamliner etc. Over 250 exhibitors are participating in this fourth edition of the show, with about 400 functional aircrafts up for public display. SpiceJet has signed a deal with Boeing for 42 aircrafts worth 26,000 crores yesterday on the first day itself. Lot more business is expected in the five day show.
The show is expected to grow to be the third largest such shows in the world by 2020 with over 1000 aircrafts participation. Two teams from London are here for aerobatics display.
