Will oppose T Act changes: KCR

The Central Cabinet has adapted some changes to the just release Telangana act. But the move is being opposed within Congress and by TRS as well. TRS Chief K Chandra Shekhar Rao has took strong objection to adding several Khammam mandals to Seemandhra. KCR has said that the earlier proposal was to add few submerging villages only to the Seemandhra region. The present move to add five entire mandals and most villages of two other mandals goes against the wishes of the regions public, he said. TRS party will go to Supreme Court against this injustice being done to the state, KCR declared.

Congress leader, central minister Jaipal Reddy has said that he has opposed the move in the cabinet meeting itself. “I have opposed the imposition of President’s rule too. I have asked for an immediate declaration of Appointed Day for Telangana and to form two governments for the separate states before going to elections,” he said.
