Wy-Fy @ 100 stations by ‘16

sundar-google-re-L1Passengers stranded at the railway stations could watch U Tube videos,
download online games, books in seconds as the Google has decided to
extend Wy-Fy services at 100 railway stations by 2016 as part of
Digital India initiative. In the second phase 400 more stations will
be connected with Wy-Fy. This is the biggest Wy-Fy public project in
the world, said Google CEO Sunder Pichay.  After meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Pichay announced in US the said project. Google has been planning to ensure the speed of Wy-Fy many times more than that of Internet.
