Yanamala presents tax-free budget- Rs 1000 cr for Kapu Corporation

Yanamala-budget-2016Presenting a Rs 1,35,688 crore tax-free budget for the year 2016-17, which is 2013% more than that of last year, AP Finance minister has pegged revenue deficit Rs. 4868 crore. Anticipating a 10.9%
growth in the next fiscal, he said Rs 3512 crore for loan waiver scheme and earmarked Rs 1500 crore for taking up construction works for Amaravati. He has also allocated Rs 3660 crore

Bowing to the pressures of Kapu community, he allocated Rs 1000 crore for their welfare for next year. This was one of the demands put forward by Mudragada Padmanabham, Kapu leader. Giving a major boost to the construction activity, the government has decided introduce free sand policy, he said.
