He rises before sun rise, swims for a while and goes through Yoga exercises in different postures. Kazim has the power to stiffen his body for 48 hours plus hold the breath for five minutes. His desire is to live for 130 years. Further, he asserts that actual life starts after 65 and one can lead a healthy life while practicing Yoga.
